CootharaBAR & bistro is located at Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp, set amongst 65 acres of National Park and offers stunning views of Lake Cootharaba and it’s surrounding bushland.

The extensive Bistro menu boasts fresh locally sourced produce, from the region. It is the perfect paddock to plate experience and features inside and outdoor alfresco dining areas.

Looking for a venue for your next function? The Veranda is an undercover dining area which can cater for groups up to 50 people and is available for exclusive use hire. Whether you are wishing to celebrate a birthday, group dinner, Christmas party or any social event, the Verandah is the perfect setting for any occasion.

Our Micro Brewery offers up to 11 artesian beers (8 on tap). The water utilised in our beer is sourced directly from the Artesian Basin and filtered through sand and gravel for over 75 years before reaching us. The end result is a completely natural beer containing no preservatives, additives or artificial flavours.

CootharaBAR & Bistro is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends or take advantage of our onsite accommodation options, water activities, walking treks, frisbee golf or our daily tours to Australia’s only Everglades. – It is the ultimate accessible wilderness experience!

BAR & BISTRO Menus

Our dishes are inspired by fresh local produce from the Sunshine Coast region. Take away meals are available onsite for guests to enjoy in their camping or glamping accommodation. The bistro is open 7 days a week for onsite guests and day visitors.

Eco Brewery

In the taste of beer, the one ingredient that shouldn’t make any difference is the one that really does “it’s the water”. We source our water from the great sandy mass aquifer, this water filters through sand and gravel for over 75 years before reaching us. Our water is blended with the finest high gravity wort, the best yeast and hops from around the world to create a 100% natural beer, free of preservatives, additives or flavours.

The result is fresh world class beer brewed right here on site, enjoy!!
