Arriving and Departing on time
Arriving early or departing late can place additional pressure on our team and impact our ability to provide all customers a smooth service. To ensure a smooth dining experience for all customers we kindly ask you to arrive and depart at the times specified on your confirmation.
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time you will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled. Please ensure you call us on 07-5447-1333 if you are running late as no-show fees may be charged to your credit card.
Please be aware Covid safe practices apply at our venue. From 01 May 2021, it is a requirement under Queensland law to check-in using the “Check-In Queensland App”. We highly recommend you download the app and register your details before arriving at our venue as mobile network coverage is very limited. Large Party Bookings
The service we offer is Bistro style. This means food and beverage is ordered at the counter inside the bistro. We do not provide table service. Meal preparation times may vary and may not be delivered at the same time for all guests at the same table. Its important groups remember there are other guests dining within our bistro and ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Bringing your own music is not permitted. Decorations are permitted on your table and should not be affixed to the walls, ceilings, windows etc.
We operate under strict National park rules which include a total noise curfew of 10pm.
No BYO permitted
Our liquor license does not permit alcoholic beverages to be brought into our licensed area. This will be strictly enforced.
Our venue has outdoor (under cover) and indoor seating. At times due to high winds or heavy rain, we may need to move the location of your table or may have to reduce our total capacity within the Bistro. We ask for your understanding if inclement weather impacts your booking.
Our venue is located inside the Great Sandy National Park. Pets are strictly prohibited and customers arriving with a domestic animal will be refused entry. Please see the National Parks Website for more info. https://parks.des.qld.gov.au/before-you-visit/dogs-and-pets
Credit Card Details
Credit card details are required to hold a reservation. No charges will be processed to your card at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your reservation. Cancelling within 12 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $10 per person.
If you fail to turn up (No-Show), you will be charged a no-show fee of $20 per person.
A 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays.
We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.
NB: Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase are non refundable and cannot be transferred for cash.
Please note: upon completion of this purchase your gift certificate will be immediately emailed to the recipient email specified below. If you would like to receive the voucher via email please enter your own email address in the recipient email field.
For group bookings up to 50 pax the Verandah area will be allocated.
